I would like to return my product. What are the return turns?
-The
product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged within 14 days
with their standard accessories.
-Gifted
promotional, discounted products should be sent with the refund.
-For the
return transaction, the form on the back side of the waybill or invoice must be
filled. (If the invoice is issued on behalf of private corporations, the return
invoice must be issued.)
-Returns of
products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another

How and When is the refund of fee will be made?
- In case products delivered to our
quality assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return
conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the
product arrives to us. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your
account is at the discretion of your bank. Credit card refunds are credited to
the account within 7 days.
