EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

RETURN POLICY AND TERMS

You may return products purchased online within 14 days of the invoice date. The product you wish to return must be in its original box and packaging, which must be undamaged. Products without packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for return. You must send the delivery note and warranty certificate along with the product you wish to return. If the product you wish to return is defective, the shipping cost will be covered by us. In other cases, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., products that require direct contact with the body during use, headphones, underwear), single-use products, copyable software and programs, licensed products, perishable products, or products with an expired use-by date cannot be returned. Products such as DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, portable computers, mobile phones, consumables (toner, cartridges, etc.), and cosmetic products can only be returned if their packaging and/or protective seal has not been opened. If the product was invoiced to a company, the relevant company must issue a return invoice for the product.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with products purchased online, as well as any issues related to production or service, are carefully evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.
To provide you with better and faster service regarding product returns, please find the necessary conditions below. If any of these conditions are not met, the product return will not be accepted.

a- Returns of used or damaged products will not be accepted.
b- Products to be returned must be delivered within 14 days, complete and undamaged, with all standard accessories included, in the same condition as they were received.

SHIPPING DOCUMENT AND INVOICE FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

a- The shipping document or invoice for the product must be sent for the return process.


OTHER CONDITIONS AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  1. a- If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, the shipping fee will be covered by our company if they are sent via our contracted shipping companies.
    b- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards will appear in your account within 7 days.
    c- You can send the products you wish to return free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.
  2. a- There are no returns, cancellations, or exchanges to countries outside Turkey.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be accepted by the shipping companies we have agreements with. Returns and shipping costs for products that reach us via any other shipping company will not be accepted.

The general return conditions are as follows:
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (e.g., products with shipping labels affixed to the original box and taped with shipping tape) and which have lost their resale value and cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted.
- You must send the original delivery note (all copies in your possession) and a letter stating the reason for the return along with the product you wish to return.
- If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company. In this case, you must also ship using our contracted carriers. In other cases, the shipping cost is your responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Dear customers, you can cancel orders that you have placed incorrectly or wish to cancel. Due to high volume, emails are sometimes checked late. There is a possibility that the product has already been shipped. If the product has not been shipped, the full amount will be refunded using the same method you used to make the purchase. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee(s) will be deducted from the refund.
