Delivery Terms

Your products are supplied based on stock availability once your order is confirmed and then shipped. For your order to be confirmed, the cost of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card. Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

(Religious and public holidays are not included in business days.)
Documents Required for Delivery

Pursuant to the Decision No. 2016/DK -YED/517 dated 27/12/2016, you must present your driver's license, ID card, or passport when receiving your products from the courier.

Is same-day delivery available?

Same-day delivery is not currently available.

What happens if the courier cannot find me at the delivery address?

The courier company will deliver your order to the address you specified. If you do not pick up your package from the branch within three days, your order will be returned to the verdatextile.com warehouse.
